Place the pork in one compartment of your air fryer and the tofu in the other after brushing the tofu with neutral oil.
Air fry at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the tofu becomes golden brown and crispy.
Remove the tofu once cooked and set aside.
Scrape the salt layer off the pork belly, brush the skin with neutral oil, and air fry at 400°F for another 30 minutes or until the skin becomes crispy.
Serve the tofu and pork belly together alongside the dipping sauce.
Pro Tips
Scoring the pork belly helps the fat render and ensures the skin gets extra crispy.
Poking holes in the pork skin is essential for achieving a crackling texture.
Remove the tofu early to prevent it from drying out while the pork finishes crisping.
Adjust the amount of chili peppers in the sauce to suit your heat preference.
