Instructions
Combine 360g crushed graham crackers with melted butter and mix until evenly coated.
Whisk together cream cheese, eggs, all-purpose cream, vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Press the graham crust firmly into the bottom of the pans and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
Place one 6-inch pan inside an 8-inch pan filled with water to create a water bath.
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
Bake each 6-inch pan for 30 minutes.
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature.
Top with blueberries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
Pro Tips
Using a water bath helps prevent the cheesecake from cracking by providing a moist baking environment.
Ensure the cheesecake is fully cooled before adding the blueberry topping.
Refrigerating for at least 2–4 hours is essential for the cheesecake to set properly.
