Add vanilla and heat-treated flour and mix well.
Fold in chopped chocolate chips.
Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes, then roll into small balls or chunks.
In a bowl, combine heavy cream, half-and-half, sugar, and vanilla, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, seal, and freeze for 24 hours.
Install the pint into the Ninja Creami and select the Ice Cream function.
Once processed, use the Mix-In function to add the prepared cookie dough chunks.
Scoop and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
